ORDERING

At BAILEY BERRY we have trained customer service operators to answer all of your questions and concerns. We will respond to all inquiries in less than 24 hours. You can reach us by e-mail at hello@baileyberry.com .


Processing Orders: Orders placed Monday - Friday before 3 PM EST (excluding holidays) will ship within 2-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day. We are in no way responsible for any delays in shipping including local delivery errors or international customs issues.

Modifying Orders: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. However, you can exchange any portion of your purchase. Please review our return policy for further guidance.

Out of Stock Items: We make every effort to maintain a current inventory of items online. Occasionally, however, items listed may be out of stock. If an item you requested is out of stock, we will notify you via email and promptly update your order.

Disclaimers: BAILEY BERRY makes every effort to represent the true color of our merchandise through pictures and descriptions. However, because of the differences in picture quality on your computer's monitor, the appearance of merchandise may not be entirely accurate. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

PAYMENT, PRICING & PROMOTIONS

BAILEY BERRY accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. We also accept Visa and MasterCard debit cards. You will receive the order detail via e-mail after you place the order. BAILEY BERRY charges sales tax in New York State. We use the latest SSL encryption methods ensuring that credit card information is transmitted to us in a safe and secure manner. BAILEY BERRY is a Verisign Secure Certified Site.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are based on the weight, number of boxes, and distance using UPS. Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. All orders are shipped with UPS. In the United States, we offer Ground, Standard, Next Day Air, and 3 Day Select. 

For Canada and the rest of the world, we offer UPS Worldwide Saver, Worldwide Express, and Worldwide Expedited. The receiver will be responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. Bailey Berry is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.

International Shipping charges:

  • $0 - 100: $25.00
  • $100 - 300: $30.00
  • $300 - 500: $35.00
  • $500 - 700: $40.00
  • $700 - 1,000: $45.00

Please visit the order status page to check the status of your order. When we ship your order you will also receive a shipment confirmation email. For non-European deliveries, this email will give you the FedEx tracking number so that you can track the status of your order online.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Returns are accepted for store credit/exchange only. Returns must be made within 14 days of order date and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back, no exceptions. Returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us by e-mail athello@baileyberry.com for a Return Authorization Code. Returns without a Return Authorization Code will not be accepted. Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 2 business days.

Returnable Items: At BAILEY BERRY, we hand pick all our products and want to make sure that you are happy with our purchase. We accept ONLY full priced UNDAMANGED ITEMS. It may be returned if they are in new, saleable condition i.e. HAS NOT BEEN WORN and have all the original tags attached. We will not accept returns that have not met these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items: All sale items are FINAL SALES. These items cannot be returned or exchanged. We strongly encourage you to contact a customer service representative with questions pertaining to a final sale item before purchasing. Please note that all shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Shipping A Return Or Exchange To make a return or exchange, please send the item you wish to return in a securely sealed package. Returns or exchanges should be sent pre-paid and insured. Please include a copy of your original invoice with a reason and instructions for the return/exchange along with your return authorization code.

Please note: BAILEY BERRY is not responsible for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery to our returns facility. Also, we maintain the right to refuse credit of any return or exchange that does not comply with our return policy. Please review the policy or contact customer service with any questions prior to shipping a return or exchange.
