Buy With Prime is a new feature that allows Prime members to purchase select products from the BAILEY BERRY store and get all the Prime benefits they know and love: fast free shipping, a seamless checkout experience, and free returns on eligible items.

The Buy With Prime button appears only if there are two or more units in stock for that item. For single units, you're welcome to purchase those through the standard BAILEY BERRY store checkout!

Buy with Prime is a relatively new feature, and right now it's possible to check out with multiples of the same item (like 2 pairs of BB Stars kids shoes) but not multiple unique items (like 1 pair of BB Stars kids shoes and 1 BAILEY BERRY cherry tank dress). The good news is that the Buy with Prime checkout is so speedy, you can easily knock out a couple of checkouts to get everything you want!

Unfortunately we are not able to accept accelerated checkout methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Meta Pay on preorder items. All other payment methods are gladly accepted!

Preordering allows you to lay claim to some of the season's most-wanted items before anyone else! There are just a few things to note:

• The estimated ship date (or range) will be noted underneath the PREORDER button on the product page. Please do not order a preorder item if the shipping period is not in line with your expectations. We are generally unable to ship an item any earlier than stated.
• If we're unable to ship your item when we say we will, we'll inform you via email. At this time you'll have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund, even if it's outside our normal refund window.
• Preorder items are excluded from any "Buy X Get Y" promotions.

In-stock items will ship right away; preorder items will ship during the period noted on the product page for that item. You will not be charged extra for shipping, as the shipping charges for each piece of the order is calculated and charged at checkout.

If the preorder item HAS shipped, our standard return/refund policy applies.

If the item has NOT yet shipped and the expected ship date HAS NOT passed, you may cancel your order and receive store credit for another purchase.

If the item has NOT shipped and the expected ship date HAS passed, we will let you know via email promptly. At such time you may choose to keep your order with the new ship date, or cancel your order for a full refund to the original method of payment.

Some discount codes are specific to a certain timeframe and may not work outside of the promotional period. Others may be specific to Buy with Prime purchases, so if you try to use a Buy with Prime code in our normal store checkout it may not work. You'll need to go through the Buy with Prime checkout to redeem those codes.

Certain parameters must be met in order for the FREE shipping code to work:

• the cart subtotal (pre-tax) must be over $75
• the shipping address must be in the United States
• the items within the cart cannot be exceptionally large, heavy, or bulky

The free shipping code will comp any domestic US shipping charges up to $30; packages that will exceed this amount due to weight or size will not be eligible.
