Some discount codes are specific to a certain timeframe and may not work outside of the promotional period. Others may be specific to Buy with Prime purchases, so if you try to use a Buy with Prime code in our normal store checkout it may not work. You'll need to go through the Buy with Prime checkout to redeem those codes.

Certain parameters must be met in order for the FREE shipping code to work:

  • the cart subtotal (pre-tax) must be over $75
  • the shipping address must be in the United States
  • the items within the cart cannot be exceptionally large, heavy, or bulky

The free shipping code will comp any domestic US shipping charges up to $30; packages that will exceed this amount due to weight or size will not be eligible.

Make sure to click the "Notify Me When Available" button on that item's product page! A pop-up will appear where you can input your email address to be notified when that item is back in stock. We pay close attention to what products customers most want to see back in stock, so your vote counts!

International Customers

We ship everywhere! You can see more details about shipping options on our Customer Service page.

We use USD as our base currency, though you can browse our site in your local currency by selecting it from the dropdown menu in the upper right (on desktop) or in the footer (on mobile). Prices are converted automatically using the current exchange rate, and include a 1.5% conversion fee imposed on us by our payment processor. However, please note that some banks and credit card issuers might charge you extra international transaction fees even if the credit card is charged in local currency.

At this time we do not; customers are responsible for paying all applicable import fees and duties.


Preordering allows you to lay claim to some of the season's most-wanted items before anyone else! There are just a few things to note:

  • The estimated ship date (or range) will be noted underneath the PREORDER button on the product page. Please do not order a preorder item if the shipping period is not in line with your expectations. We are generally unable to ship an item any earlier than stated.
  • If we're unable to ship your item when we say we will, we'll inform you via email. At this time you'll have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund, even if it's outside our normal refund window.
  • Preorder items are excluded from any "Buy X Get Y" promotions.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept accelerated checkout methods like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Meta Pay on preorder items. All other payment methods are gladly accepted!

In-stock items will ship right away; preorder items will ship during the period noted on the product page for that item. You will not be charged extra for shipping, as the shipping charges for each piece of the order is calculated and charged at checkout.

If the preorder item HAS shipped, our standard return/refund policy applies.

If the item has NOT yet shipped and the expected ship date HAS NOT passed, you may cancel your order and receive store credit for another purchase.

If the item has NOT shipped and the expected ship date HAS passed, we will let you know via email promptly. At such time you may choose to keep your order with the new ship date, or cancel your order for a full refund to the original method of payment.
